Well it was the employees this time…
Amidst all the lockdown level changes and industry crashes we here at Insight Consulting are continuing with business as usual in the new form of “normal”. Our 2021 Mid Year function was a great success. We hosted a virtual company update, Schalk Bezuidenhout imparted some words of wisdom on us and we ended with a virtual chocolate factory tour and tasting through the wonderful local people at Honest Chocolate in Cape Town. All of this was made possible by the extraordinary efforts of Tracy Voss from Out The Box Productions.
Each staff member received a box of goodies with strict instructions to wait for the specified event. The individual boxes included all various chocolates and additional goodies for the Honest Chocolate chocolate tour and tasting as well as other snacks and the most amazing plush warm blanket imaginable for the cold winter days and nights.
Well as you can imagine there were some who just could not wait, chocolate was nibbled, snacks consumed and blankets put straight to work even before the much anticipated event.
All in all it was an amazing afternoon, connecting with staff scattered throughout South Africa and sharing time together. An opportunity to be able to see and interact with our Insight family is always a treat and fun was had by all.
