Insight Consulting implemented Claude at Chisel Design Studio end to end: AI literacy training as the gate to access, followed by a live production deployment of Claude for Teams with four licences. The first live use case is production planning. Working in Claude, the team built a planning solution for a large architectural millwork package. It starts from the install dates in the main contractor’s programme and works backwards to show, for each of the 68 activities on the programme, when production must start and when raw material must be ordered.
