AI Literacy
A practical, plain English introduction to AI for every employee, with videos, real examples, quizzes and a final assessment. Many of our clients make it the condition for access to company AI tools, so it doubles as a safeguard for a responsible rollout.

AI Foundations
Learners build four pieces of real work with AI and are marked as they go: delegating, briefing, working with their own files and checking the output. The habits work in any AI assistant, so the course fits before or alongside your licence decisions.

Coming soonThe sequel for the people who carry a rollout. Two versions, because at this level the mechanics are platform specific: Scaling AI for Claude and Scaling AI for Microsoft Copilot.

Microsoft Copilot and Claude Training
Most organisations we work with have chosen Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, or both. AI Literacy and AI Foundations work on either. Scaling AI is taught on the platform you use.
Microsoft Copilot
For organisations that have standardised on Microsoft 365 Copilot: consistent output without repeating instructions, shared expertise and automated recurring work, taught through Copilot’s own tools in the Microsoft 365 apps your teams already use.
Claude
For organisations on Claude for Teams or Enterprise: Claude projects that hold your standards and context, team expertise packaged so it travels between people, and recurring work automated. As a Certified Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, we can also roll out Claude itself.

Ninety minutes in which one team watches AI work on numbers it recognises: analysis, forecast ranges, scenarios and a board ready story. Start with a free introduction on an industry dataset, or a demonstration on your own data under a confidentiality agreement.

AI workflows built with your team
From training to results
We work alongside one function to build the AI assisted workflows it will run on, tested on live work in short cycles and handed over documented and owned by the team. Typically a few weeks per function.

Frequently Asked Questions
What AI training should employees do first?
AI Literacy. It takes about 1.5 hours online and ends with a certificate, and we recommend it before anyone receives an AI licence.
Do you offer Microsoft Copilot training?
Yes. AI Literacy and AI Foundations build the habits that make Copilot useful, and Scaling AI for Microsoft Copilot teaches the people who set the standard to make good use repeatable across Microsoft 365.
Do you offer Claude training?
Yes. Scaling AI for Claude is for organisations on Claude for Teams or Enterprise. We are a Certified Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network, so we can also help you roll out Claude.
Can our teams in the UK take the training?
Yes. The self-paced courses run online from anywhere, and instructor led sessions run online for teams in South Africa and the UK. In person sessions are available in South Africa.

Yes. We tailor courses to your functions and tools, and demonstrations can run on your own data under a confidentiality agreement.
How do we measure whether it worked?
We track completion, adoption and the time AI saves, and grow your own champions through Scaling AI.
