For people who build and share reports. On capacities smaller than F64, people who view shared reports need Pro too.
Premium Per User
Adds larger models, more frequent refresh and paginated reports for each licensed person.
Fabric capacity
Shared capacity for your whole organisation. From F64 upwards, people who only view reports can use a free licence.
Leaving Power BI Premium

The questions we hear most about Power BI.
Do all our users need a Power BI Pro licence?
Everyone who builds and shares reports does. People who only view reports need Pro on capacities smaller than F64; from F64 upwards they can use a free licence. We work out which option costs less for you.
Should we use Power BI or Microsoft Fabric?
Power BI is part of Fabric. If you mainly need reports on existing data, Power BI on its own is often enough; if you also need to integrate and store data at scale, Fabric adds that. See Microsoft Fabric consulting.
Can you fix our existing Power BI reports?
Yes. Our health check finds slow reports, failed refreshes and duplicate models, and we fix or rebuild what needs it.
Can Power BI use our Qlik, SAP or Excel data?
Yes. Power BI connects to hundreds of sources, and we can migrate Qlik apps to Power BI with every number reconciled.
Where is our Power BI data stored?
In your Microsoft tenant’s home region, or in the region of any capacity you buy. Power BI is available in both South African regions (Johannesburg and Cape Town) and both UK regions, so your data can stay in your own country; we check yours as part of the work.
Do you offer Power BI courses?
Yes. Our Self Service Power BI course teaches business users to build their own reports.
Dashboards only pay off when people use them. Our Power BI and Qlik training includes the instructor led Self Service Power BI course, which teaches business users to connect, model and publish their own reports in two days. Part of our Data Analytics work.
